Maya published her first book “Flight of Friendship” while battling a brain tumor. Her book is about the importance of friendship. She donated part of the proceeds from the sales of her book to Connor’s Heroes. Maya’s mom presented Celia and Erin with a generous check to Connor’s Heroes.
