Each of these beautiful cards was hand-crafted by Anne Fledderman. I love the heartfelt messages that Anne created so beautifully. Each card is a smile for a family. Erin and Carolyn will mail the cards to our families as they celebrate special occasions like a birthday, day of remembrance, or day zero.
