Olivia
Olivia was diagnosed with Medullary Thyroid Cancer on June 3, 2011 when she was ten years old. Regular chemo and radiation don’t work on her type of cancer, so she has undergone four surgeries to keep her cancer in check. She travels to MD Anderson every six months for scans and has met pediatric cancer patients from around the world at the Houston Ronald McDonald House. Olivia wants to be a fashion and jewelry designer and has sold some of her jewelry to benefit cancer research. She lives with her parents, the best big sister in the world, Claire, her bunny Oswald, and a crazy corgi named Dobby.
