That same extra got Mykahi through his cancer treatment with extra courage, extra strength, and extra love.
At events hosted by Connor’s Heroes, he connected with teens battling cancer. For his mom, a Momcology retreat sponsored by Connor’s Heroes created an unexpected sisterhood with other hero moms.
Eight months after diagnosis, Mykahi rang the bell, marking the end of treatment. Mykahi is proof that faith, family, and friendship are the extra things that make all the difference — especially in the hardest times.
