Lauryn

Lauryn was diagnosed with Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma in November 2013, a month before her fourth birthday. Lauryn missed her Pre-K classmates and teachers at the Primrose School at Atlee Commons and her weekly ballet and tap class at the Barbara Hammond School of Dance. She is grateful to Mrs. Barbara for giving her a private dance class on the weeks that she felt up to it. Lauryn is the third of four daughters. She enjoys playing with her older sisters, Annalisa and Reagan, and is an awesome big sister to Ryann, whom the family welcomed on Christmas Day 2013. Lauryn was often in the halls of the hospital singing and dancing to Katy Perry’s “Roar.” She has been very courageous throughout all of her inpatient chemotherapy treatments. Her feisty spirit, smile, and resiliency have served as a source of strength and courage to her entire family.
