Kelsi

Kelsi was diagnosed with Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma on September 7, 2011. After a year of treatment she is now cancer free. Kelsi LOVES cooking and made her first lasagne dinner at age 10. She is in her 2nd year of culinary at school. She had the honor of meeting Emeril Lagasse and Rachael Ray. When Kelsi is not cooking, you will find her painting, making jewelry, listening to music or hanging out with friends!
