Anna

Anna was diagnosed with Leukemia (ALL) in February, 2008. She was an early responder and went into remission in less than 29 days. She continued with chemo treatments for another 27 months. In August, 2011, Anna relapsed. It took a lot longer to get her back into remission this time. After four months of high dose chemo and many hospital stays, she was back in remission. On February 27, 2012, Anna had a double cord stem cell transplant. Here it is a year later and Anna remains cancer free.
