Connor’s Heroes at the Circus

Thanks to the amazing generosity of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® presents Built to Amaze!, Connor's Heroes was able to invite 40 people to have an extra-special circus experience. Our 10 childhood cancer heroes and their families were invited to the arena floor on February 21, for an up-close and personal interaction with the performers, animals, and equipment of Built to Amaze! The special "Touch Tour" culminated with an up-close visit with Asia the Elephant and a viewing of her creating an artistic masterpiece. This painting, complete with signatures of the circus performers, will be available for auction at The Heroes Art Ball on Friday, May 3!After our special tour, Connor's Heroes treated our families to dinner and then we were provided with free tickets to attend the Built to Amaze! production.
What a wonderful experience for our families who are enduring such a difficult journey right now. It helped everyone remember how to smile and have fun!
